1. General Terms

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one account on B Max Gold. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, and any bonus funds or winnings generated across those accounts may be forfeited. 3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. First-time withdrawals or requests above certain thresholds may require identity verification before processing. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.

Processing times vary by tier. Standard accounts receive withdrawals within the published processing window. Silver and Gold VIP members receive priority processing. Platinum and Diamond VIP members benefit from same-day or expedited handling. All withdrawal timelines are subject to the successful completion of any required verification checks.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 90 consecutive days. 4.4 Bonus Expiry

6. VIP Programme

The B Max Gold VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across all eligible game categories and betting markets. Tier upgrades are processed automatically — no manual application is required.

7. Player Conduct
